ComeHomeRentals.com is a portal for landlords and property managers to advertise their properties free of charge. All that is asked of the landlord/property manager, is that they offer a discount of at least $50 to the tenant on their first month's rent, and that they keep their listings current. Landlords and Property managers can easily input their listings along with full desciptions and up to six photos. Links to neighborhood and schools and a Google map will automatically be generated to accompany the listing.
The site is extremely search engine friendly. Generally, as long as the title isn't too vague, the listing title will show up near the top of Google's searches.
