I would recommend Eric to anyone looking for a home...
I met Eric when I was moving from Seattle, Washington to Eagan, Minnesota in 2006. I saw his name on a sign outside of a home that caught my eye and contacted him for more information. Eric was very informative and willing to entertain all of my questions (which were a lot as a first time home buyer).
Throughout my home buying experience, Eric was extremly attentive and responsive to my needs; especially to the idea that I was moving across the country and my home pre-viewing time was somewhat limited. We kept in contact via email, online resources and phone and Eric made it easy! At one point, Eric even visited homes I was interested in to take "extra" pictures to send to me so I would get the full details of what I interested in. It didn't take very long and we were able to get me into my home that I have now had for almost four years.In addition to his real estate agent responsibilities, I also appreciated that Eric was so well connected. Eric connected me with a mortgage representative to complete my transaction and before I knew it; I owned a home. I would recommend Eric to anyone looking for a home. He is a great resource, knowledgable and very focused on what his customers want. In fact, when I am ready to buy again, Eric will be my first call!
